At Your Final Will, we sell Wills to Canadians.

We present you with a Will-Building Questionnaire, in which you set down your choices on what you want in a Will.

At the end, you get to see a Draft Preview of your Will, and are presented with an option to purchase the full, legal version.

If you are satisfied, you simply complete the checkout form there. You are emailed your purchased Will along with instructions on how to sign it, witness it, and store it permanently. Just like that - you're done.

Notably, in this whole process we do not require you to sign up for a user account in order to use our service.

This is our standard option, which follows the flow described above.

• Start the Will-Building Questionnaire by clicking the  Start for Free  button found all over our website.
• Choose whether you need One Will for an Individual or Two Mirror Wills for a Couple.
• Select the option that this will be a One-Time Purchase. (The price for a One Will for an Individual will be $39 and the price for Two Mirror Wills for a Couple will be $59).
• Complete the Questionnaire. It is fast and can take as little as a couple minutes.
• When you're done, you will see Draft Previews of your final Will.
• If you're satisfied and wish to purchase the full, legal version, complete the checkout using your payment information.
• You will be emailed your purchased Will along with instructions on how to sign it, witness it, and store it.
• All done. At no point are you required to make a user account.
• If, in the future, your circumstances change and you need a new Will, then just make another purchase as before.

What if you plan to update your Will frequently and don't want to pay each time? What if you want to pay just once and then have the freedom to make replacement Wills whenever you want?

For customers with that preference, we offer "Unlimited Wills Access", a tier of product that allows unlimited lifetime Will creation.

• Single fee of $219.
• Unlimited, lifetime ability to create new Wills for yourself on our website. You can make any Will you want, whenever you want.
• Unlike a One-Time Purchase, this does involve a membership. However, your membership is tied to your email address alone. We use a convenient passwordless sign-in system. We save you from having to remember yet another username and password.
• Your membership covers up to two names, i.e. you, and a partner, if you have one. This is already double the value of other Wills services.
• If you don't have a partner currently, you can still just purchase now and enter in a partner's name at any time in the future.
• If you have purchased but want to alter or remove a name due to legal name change upon marriage or otherwise, we allow for a discretionary name update once every 12 months.
• As a signed in Unlimited Wills Access member, whenever you reach the end of the Will-Building Questionnaire, you will no longer see preview-only versions of Wills. Rather, you will see full & completed versions of Wills for your immediate use.

There are two ways to purchase Unlimited Wills Access:

1. Complete our Will-Building Questionnaire by clicking the  Start for Free , and select the option for Unlimited Wills Access. When you reach the end and complete the checkout, you will be emailed the Will that you completed as part of the checkout, and you will be emailed confirmation that you've been added to the user registry and instructions on how to sign in and use the service.

2. Click here to purchase Unlimited Wills Access directly without having the to go through the Will-Building Questionnaire. When you complete the checkout there, you will be emailed confirmation that you've been added to the user registry and instructions on how to sign in and use the service.

(To note - option 1 is not "more" or "better" than option 2. They are the same - the core product is the membership. Option 1 does email you the Will you happened to complete, along with the membership confirmation, but that is simply a user-friendly formality. Once you have the membership, you can make or remake any Will you want, anytime.)
