You will be asked a series of questions in order to build your final Will.

This first set of questions below is about yourself and your immediate family. We will ask for further details about your wishes as we move along through the next parts.

Your initial answers here will help us to recommend a Will Plan that is tailored to your circumstances.

This questionnaire is free to use and carries no obligation to purchase. At the very end you will see a Draft Preview Will with an option to purchase the official version or not. We encourage you to try it out and preview as many Wills as you like until you are satisfied.

Our service is designed for Canadians. Our Wills are valid for individuals living in Canada, in a province other than Quebec.
